Information about the test
Examination requirements
Prerequisite is the completion of the compulsory seminar and the seven additional seminar days, which you individually select from the elective seminars. Furthermore, a management summary (approx. 5-6 pages) on a current or upcoming project from your company on the topic of "New Work" must be prepared and submitted to the Haufe Akademie be submitted.
Examination procedure
Webinar: 8 weeks before your exam, a webinar will take place in which you will get to know your coaches and the other participants of the "Future Lab: New Work" and discuss the course of the event. You can also exchange initial ideas about your project work in the group and receive impulses for this. You will benefit from the network of New Work experts in advance.
Learning support: Between the webinar and the Future Lab, you will receive some video impulses with questions and content on the topic of New Work. They are designed to help you create your management summary and prepare your presentation. You can also exchange ideas with the other participants , brainstorm together and forge ideas.
Future Lab event: New Work
Each participant presents the submitted topic from the management summary at the topic marketplace. You will then discuss your topic, answer questions from the other participants and the experts, and can put your own questions to the panel, giving you valuable ideas for the successful implementation of your projects.
This is followed by networking with each other. Use the network to start small initiatives together, exchange know-how and best practices that will help you to implement new concepts in your company and make your work easier.
