Recommended for
(Junior) managers with basic management skills and initial management experience. Especially participants who have attended the "First-time manager I" training and would now like to develop their leadership role through practical work and feedback.
We strongly recommend attending Part I first and then Part II. Ideally, there should be at least six months between Part I and Part II to ensure lasting learning success.
