Methods
Our lively, interactive training thrives on trainers and case studies/best practice examples. We do exercises, discuss topics, you can exchange experiences with other managers, and you are provided with practical tools.
Tool
Recommended for
(Junior) managers with basic leadership skills and initial leadership experience. Primarily participants who have attended the training Leading training First Time I" training and now want to develop their leadership role through practical work and feedback.
We strongly recommend attending Part I first and then Part II. Ideally, there should be at least six months between Part I and Part II to ensure lasting learning success.
