Information about the test
The entire "New Work Expert" course is to be understood as a learning journey. For this reason, the final event also emphasizes a trusting, shared learning space. This is where all the impulses, experiences and learnings of the participants from the course come together to be discussed and reflected upon.
In order to receive the Haufe certificate, which confirms successful completion of the course, proof of performance in the form of a management summary is required. This relates to the content of the participants' respective work context and is presented to the group on the practical day (examination day). This is followed by a joint exchange and reflection on the topic.
Examination requirements
The prerequisite is the completion of the two-day compulsory seminar and the seven additional seminar days, which are put together individually from the elective seminars. In addition, a management summary (approx. 5-6 pages) on a current or upcoming project from your own company on the topic of "Modern Working World" must be prepared and submitted to the Haufe Akademie up to four weeks before the "Praxis Lab: Modern Working World".
Examination procedure
Webinar: Eight weeks before the practical day (exam day), a kick-off webinar takes place in which the participants get to know their experts and each other. In addition, the schedule for the final event is discussed and initial ideas for the management summary and common impulses can be exchanged in the group. This allows participants to benefit in advance from the networking effect with like-minded people and experts.
Learning support: Between the webinar and "Praxis Lab", there will be some video impulses and other content with questions and content on the topic of "The modern world of work". These are intended to inspire possible topics and help with the preparation of the management summary. In addition, attendees can exchange ideas, brainstorm together and forge initial ideas.
training event "Praxis Lab: Modern working world" (exam day):
every participant presents the submitted topic to the plenary session using the management summary. The topic is then discussed, questions from the other attendees and the experts are answered and ideas and experiences are exchanged. Of course, participants can also put their own questions to the panel.
This is followed by networking with each other. This is helpful for starting small initiatives together, exchanging know-how and best practices, which at best help with the implementation of new concepts in your own company and make work easier.
At this point, we would like to emphasize that the "Praxis Lab: Modern Working World" is not a classic examination setting. It is much more an inspiring final event in which the attendees, experts discuss and plan the final task and the upcoming transfer steps at eye level.
