Workshop
This workshop is held in German.
Signing the training contract alone is no longer enough to win over Gen Z trainees emotionally for the training and the company. New trainees should be made enthusiastic about the company through appealing pre-boarding even before they start their training. A comprehensive learning journey concept that promotes rapid integration and company loyalty is needed to develop the mostly passive, consumer-oriented students into actively involved trainees. In this online workshop, we will work out and discuss how this can all be achieved and what approaches are available.
Contents
- The challenges of modern training: finding, inspiring and retaining young people for training. Why these aspects are becoming increasingly important for a training company.
- The "young target group" is a sticking point: Appreciation-seeking and flexible, but also critical and not very loyal. Consequences for the training company.
