Leading Others: Managing employees and teams
People empowerment is a particularly challenging task in day-to-day management. Leading employees to success - what does that mean in New Leadership? Transparency and professional leadership communication, appreciation and empathy are at the top of the list. What opportunities do I have as a manager to influence people's behavior? What approach makes sense in upward, downward and lateral leadership? How do you deal with diversity? How does virtual or hybrid team leadership work successfully in everyday life? In these two days with a lot of practical relevance and concrete tasks, you will get to grips with these topics in theory and practice.
