This training is held in German.
In this transfer-oriented workshop for AI-supported recruiting, participants work on specific recruiting challenges. The status quo is analyzed, specific use cases are developed and applicable AI solutions for everyday HR are developed and recommended. The intensive workshop is designed to create tailor-made approaches that participants can implement directly in their day-to-day recruiting activities. In addition to input on tools and best practices, the focus is also on the practical exchange of experiences between participants.
In order to gain a sound understanding of the many ways in which artificial intelligence can be used in recruiting, we recommend that you attend both events. Of course, you can also attend the events independently of each other - depending on your individual level of knowledge and your capacities.

- Where the shoe pinches: identify and recognize individual use cases and potential for the use of AI in the recruiting process.
- Analysis of use cases: Examine the opportunities and risks of AI in recruiting for the specific use cases developed.
- Presentation of various AI tools: get to know various AI tools (apart from ChatGPT and Copilot) that have been specially developed for recruiting.
- Hands-on learning of prompting: learn how to target and perfect AI outputs to precisely match the organization's needs and language.
- Communication of the current study situation: Gain insights into current studies on the perception of job seekers when using AI in recruiting, to prevent possible negative reactions on the part of applicants.
- Limits to the use of AI: Discussion on ethical issues and data protection requirements when using AI in recruiting.
