The "Career package for your successful entry into management" includes

2 elective seminars includingtrainer input, individual and group work, case studies, role-playing, exchange of experiences, discussions, and individual feedback.

About the compulsory module: Individual practical transfer: Insights MDI & telephone coaching & e-learning:

• The online Insights MDI® personality analysis for managers, including a detailed evaluation report and a personal 60-minute telephone evaluation interview with a certified trainer (to be carried out within one year of booking. We recommend that the personality analysis, including the evaluation interview, be placed at the beginning of the career package).
• 2 hours phone( 1 x 120 minutes or 2 x 60 minutes; to be used within 6 months of attending the seminars). We recommend that you do the phone after attending the elective seminars.
• An e-learning library with digital learning objects on the topic of "management and leadership(this learning content is available to you for 1 year after booking for in-depth study and review).
