This program gives you the orientation and promotes the skills you need to build bridges between classic leadership and leadership in the new world of work as an experienced manager. The structure of this program consists of 2 modules with a total of four seminar days - in between you have approx. 5 weeks practical phase. Module 1 conveys the success principles of New Leadership in a practical and compact way from the perspective of experienced managers.
