Methods
The two-day training leadership training, flight simulation, and practical application.
The scenarios are applied to typical leadership challenges: decision-making under uncertainty, crisis communication, conflicts, delegation, trust, and collaboration in dynamic situations.
Day 1 – Focus on Leadership: An intensive training session focusing on leadership under pressure, communication, decision-making, role clarification, and human factors. You’ll challenge assumptions you’ve taken for granted up to this point.
Day 2 – A Cockpit Instead of a Conference Room: You take the controls—in a real flight simulator. Realistic scenarios are applied to your leadership challenges: direct feedback, immediate application. Decision-making under uncertainty, crisis communication, conflicts, delegation, and trust—experienced firsthand.
Optional: Transfer coaching is available to help you deepen your understanding and apply what you've learned to your own leadership practice.
