Written final paper: Within 4 weeks after attending the last compulsory seminar, you must submit a written paper to the Haufe Akademie a.

In this assignment, with a maximum length of 6 pages, you will work on a task relating to your talent management concept in the company. You will find the specific task in your learning environment.

As part of the "Certified Talent Manager" course, you will complete seven seminar days and submit a final thesis as an examination at the end.
The course should be completed within two years.
The seminars follow a methodologically sensible sequence. We recommend that you start with the training "Professional Talent Management" and follow the suggested sequence to achieve the best possible learning effect.
You will demonstrate the skills acquired in the individual seminars with a final certificate as a Certified Talent Manager of the Haufe Akademie .

 

You will receive 6 issues of the new magazine "Personalmagazin - neues lernen" free of charge as inspiration for your personnel development. The magazine is sent out every 2 months and ends automatically

Final examination

Examination requirements:
The prerequisite for completing the course is the completion of the three compulsory seminars.
Within 4 weeks after attending the last compulsory seminar, you must submit a written report to the Haufe Akademie a.

 

Examination content:
In your written assignment of a maximum of 6 pages, you will work on a task relating to your talent management concept in the company. You will find the specific task in your learning environment. The paper will then be assessed by an examiner. If you pass, you will receive the Haufe certificate "Certified Talent Manager".
