Questions about the seminar content

Emotional reactions often arise from automatic patterns that you do not consciously control. You will learn to better recognize typical triggers and your personal evaluation mechanisms and to consciously question them. This will enable you to view situations more calmly before you act and to control your reactions more consciously.

If you automatically become frantic in stressful situations, this can lead to inefficient decisions. Develop strategies for mental stabilization that help you think clearly and set priorities even under high pressure. This will enable you to remain capable of acting and allow you to respond more calmly.

Anger arises when you do not question your inner judgments and expectations. You practice recognizing hindering emotions and consciously refraining from feeding them, while at the same time picking up on constructive impulses. This reflection causes negative emotions to have less influence on your behavior.

Not all feelings block you. Sometimes they give you important clues, for example about needs or risks. You learn to consciously use useful emotions and reduce the influence of those that are hindering. This makes you more emotionally flexible because you don't simply suppress feelings, but control them in a targeted manner.

Serenity does not mean passivity, but rather inner stability, on which your decisions and communications are based. When you cultivate serenity, you can make better use of stress-free information and act clearly in critical situations. This strengthens your professional presence and assertiveness.
