This qualification program is held in German.
You are new to technical leadership and are wondering: How do I do this—without giving instructions? Lateral leadership means leading by convincing people, building trust, and communicating clearly.
Our program supports you as you take your first steps: We start with the basics of lateral leadership. Here, you will explore your new role, learn how to motivate others, and discover how to create successful collaboration with the help of effective leadership tools.
To tailor the program to your needs, you choose two complementary topics from a pool of elective seminars – for example, in-depth training on delegation, conversation techniques, or immersion in team-building skills.
The program is rounded off with the second part of the lateral leadership basics. Here, the focus is on expanding your options for dealing confidently with difficult and conflict-laden situations. Learn how to encounter and master conflicts in your team, how to develop constructive conflict resolution strategies, and how to deal with stress and pressure.
