To help you apply what you’ve learned to your day-to-day work, you will take part in a two-hour telephone coaching session after or between your seminars. Whether it’s about stepping into a leadership role, personal development, or tackling specific challenges in your working life – the topics covered during your coaching session are entirely up to you.
Contents
- Two-hour telephone coaching (either 1 x 120 minutes or 2 x 60 minutes).
- You will arrange the coaching appointments directly with your coach. The sessions can be scheduled flexibly to suit your needs.
- The telephone coaching must be completed within six months of attending the in-person seminars.

Crash Course Leading Effectively in Germany – a Cultural Perspective
As part of the qualification programme, you will complete four modules: one elective seminar and two mandatory seminars covering time and self-management and leading international teams. In addition, you will take part in a two-hour telephone coaching session. The entire programme comprises seven seminar days. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate documenting your newly acquired expertise.
