Once you have registered, you will be able to access your online learning platform, including extra materials for consolidating what you have learned.
In our modules, you will gain all essential leadership competences for a successful leadership:
- You can combine your own seminars to match your personal goals and needs: You select three seminars from topics such as Leadership essentials, lateral leadership, from team member to team leader, advanced leadership skills, time- and selfmanagement oder leading international teams. This will give you insight into either fundamental or advanced leadership competences.
- You will improve your leadership skills and you'll be able to exchange experiences and connect with other leaders.
Our interactive seminars are a mixture of input and exercises including single and group work, reflection, theoretical input, interactive exercises and telephone coaching.
Junior leaders, leaders with experience and those who are preparing for their leading position are very welcome.
