  • Participation in the planning process: helping to describe the company's strategy and goals, preparing and analyzing key figures.

  • Development of proposed solutions for selected key issues in the HR environment (e.g. corporate and management culture, company agreements and guidelines).
  • Clarify future personnel requirements and develop the corresponding competency model.
