This workshop is held in German.
Fewer and fewer school leavers want to complete a traditional apprenticeship. On the other hand, there is a high demand for skilled workers, and not just at an academic level. The challenge for companies is to approach and attract future trainees with limited means, such as budget, personnel resources and available technology. In this workshop, you will learn and work out which innovative and cost-effective campaigns you can use to appeal to good Gen Z applicants and persuade them to apply to your company.

Touchpoints along the "Candiate Journey" to attract good applicants .

  • Know the young generation's expectations of companies and identify points of contact.
  • Reach the target group in their environment and convince them with the right messages.

  • Selection of target group-specific social media channels.
  • Design of appealing and emotionalizing contributions.
  • Time planning of personnel resources in order to be able to "post" quickly and continuously and draw attention to your own company.
