This workshop is held in German.
Fewer and fewer school leavers want to complete a traditional apprenticeship. At the same time, there is a high demand for skilled workers, and not just at an academic level. The challenge for companies is to address and attract future trainees with limited resources such as budget, human resources and available technology. In the workshop, we will work out which innovative and cost-effective campaigns can be used to address good applicants from Gen Z and persuade them to apply.

- The reverse market: companies advertising to Gen Z & not the other way around.
- Know the young generation's expectations of companies and identify points of contact.
- Reach the target group in their environment and convince them with the right messages.
Bringing your own company to life, e.g. by organizing events on site.
Development of a social media strategy:
- Selection of target group-specific social media channels.
- Design of appealing and emotionalizing contributions.
- Time planning of personnel resources in order to be able to "post" quickly and continuously and draw attention to your own company.
