This further training course was designed in cooperation with the Mannheim University of Applied Management Sciences and meets the university's quality standards in terms of overall concept, content, trainers and examination. Examination

The "Certified HR developer" course consists of five seminars (three compulsory seminars and two elective seminars) and an examination. We recommend starting the course with the compulsory seminars, as these provide a basic understanding of strategic, future-oriented HR development. With this basic understanding, participants can work on their individual issues and skills in a targeted manner in the other elective seminars in order to act successfully as an HR developer in their company. The skills acquired in the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate as a "Certified HR developer" - certified by the "Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management" in Mannheim.

As a free add-on, 3 issues of the new magazine "personalmagazin - neues lernen" are included in the course as inspiration for personnel development. The magazine is sent out every 2 months and ends automatically.

Participants should already have some work experience in HR or be able to gain practical work experience in HR during the course.

Final examination

Exam prerequisite:

The prerequisite for participation in the examination seminar is the completion of all required course components (3 compulsory seminars, 2 elective seminars). In addition, the management summary must be submitted to the Haufe Akademie four weeks before the examination date. The exam date should only be booked if it is foreseeable that the exam can be taken promptly (in 3-5 months), taking into account the required seminar attendance and the general level of learning.

Face-to-face or live online exam.

 

Examination contents:

Preparation: Preparation of management summary.
On the day of the examination: Oral expert discussion and presentation of the management summary as well as questioning by the examination committee.
