This further training course was designed in cooperation with the Mannheim University of Applied Management Sciences and meets the university's quality standards in terms of overall concept, content, trainers and examination. The “Certified Human Resources Developer” course consists of a total of five seminars and combines a solid foundation with targeted in-depth study: It includes three required seminars, two elective seminars, and a final exam.
Our recommendation: Start with the required seminars. There, you’ll develop a fundamental understanding of strategic and future-oriented human resources development. Building on this foundation, you can then focus on your specific questions and skills in the subsequent elective seminars—exactly where it makes the biggest difference for your professional practice. This way, you’ll gradually build the competencies you need to succeed as a human resources developer in your company.
Upon successful completion , you will receive a certificate as a “Certified Human Resources Developer,” issued by the University of Applied Sciences for Management in Mannheim.
The entire program should be completed within two years.

As a free add-on, 3 issues of the new magazine "personalmagazin - neues lernen" are included in the course as inspiration for personnel development. The magazine is sent out every 2 months and ends automatically.

Three issues of the new magazine"personalmagazin – neues lernen" (HR magazine – new learning) are included in the course as a free add-on to inspire HR development. The magazine is sent out every two months and the subscription ends automatically.

Participants should already have some work experience in HR or be able to gain practical work experience in HR during the course.

Exam prerequisite:

The prerequisite for participation in the examination seminar is the completion of all required course components (3 compulsory seminars, 2 elective seminars). In addition, the management summary must be submitted to the Haufe Akademie four weeks before the examination date. The exam date should only be booked if it is foreseeable that the exam can be taken promptly (in 3-5 months), taking into account the required seminar attendance and the general level of learning.

Face-to-face or live online exam.

Examination contents:

Preparation: Preparation of management summary.
On the day of the examination: Oral expert discussion and presentation of the management summary as well as questioning by the examination committee.
