Contents
- Learners are given an overview of changes and new fields of application in personnel development and further training.
- The learning process starts with Module 1, after which there is the opportunity to deepen the content in further modules. Modules 2 - 5 are each structured according to the learning loops principle.
- The contents are initial suggestions and can be adapted to the actual requirements during the course of the event. In the in-depth modules, you work according to the 2-in-1 benefit principle: in addition to developing skills, the focus is always on developing a specific "product" (concept, training event , etc.).
