In this two-day intensive workshop, you will learn how to prepare today's trainees for the demands of the day after tomorrow. Ensuring the high quality and development of their own junior staff is of enormous importance for companies. Synchronous and asynchronous management - for example in the home office - are part of the "new normal" and require the use of new methods and contemporary support in everyday training. To this end, it is important to know the expectations of the young target group and to take these into account for the training. A well-founded feedback and development system (including analysis tools) with many practical examples rounds off the training .
