Getting Started: Your learning journey begins with an e-learning course on the basics of using AI tools. At your own pace, you’ll get acquainted with the world of AI, learn how to use the tools effectively and safely, and pick up some practical tips to apply in your day-to-day work.
Kick-Off: At the kick-off, you’ll meet your group for the first time—the people with whom you’ll learn, experiment, and grow over the next few months. Together, you’ll lay the foundation for the upcoming Deep Dives, form your peer groups, and embark on your learning journey as a team.
Modules 1–3: The first three modules get right to the heart of the matter: You’ll dive deep into specific AI use cases from your day-to-day work as an HRBP. After a brief experts, it’s time to try things out, test them, and reflect. What works? What doesn’t? Together, you’ll learn from these experiences and from one another.
Between sessions, you'll meet on your own initiative with your peer group to work through additional practice examples, clarify any questions you may have, and reinforce what you've learned.
AI Lunch: The AI Lunch is your group midpoint reflection session—moderated by your expert. You’ll take stock of your progress so far, clarify any open questions from previous modules, and share your experiences and insights. In addition, you’ll take a look at the latest AI trends together and evaluate them critically and from a practical perspective.
Modules 4–6: The journey continues in the next three modules: new application examples, further in-depth explorations, and more self-organized peer group meetings. What has been learned is reinforced, expanded upon, and increasingly applied to participants’ own daily work.
Kick-out: The kick-out is more than just a conclusion—it’s the starting point for what’s to come. Together, you’ll look back on your learning journey, share highlights and challenges, and reflect openly and critically on the opportunities and risks of AI. every its own practical project as well as the next planned steps in working with AI.
