The basis for any personal development is a realistic self-assessment. For this reason, an Insights MDI® profile is created for the participants as part of the seminar. This is a scientifically validated analysis of your potential strengths and areas for development in interaction with others that has been used internationally for decades. This requires you to complete an online questionnaire in advance (takes approx. 10 minutes). This analysis, including the written evaluation, is included in the seminar price. There is also the option of taking advantage of transfer coaching after the training - price on request.
