This first webinar allows you to get to know the instructor and the other learners. The learning environment as well as the expectations and objectives of the course will be presented to you in detail. In addition, the instructor will give an initial introduction to the basics of agile learning support.
Agile learning support is understood as a combination of externally and self-directed learning. This self-learning phase explains the tasks involved in agile learning support and introduces the first elements of the Agile Learning Loop method. This self-learning phase therefore lays the foundation for agile learning support processes. You will deal with the following aspects in this module:
- Introducing agile learning support in the company.
- Roles in agile learning support: learner, subject matter expert, learning facilitator, manager.
- Methodology of the Agile Learning Loop.
- Planning: Clarity and transparency for the learning strategy.
In this webinar, the results of the content worked on in the self-learning phase with regard to agile learning support will be presented and discussed together. In an interactive exchange, we will work out which aspects should be further deepened and worked on in order to promote the learning process.
In this self-study module, further elements of the Agile Learning Loop are explored in greater depth in order to further develop the learning process. The possible roles are clarified in order to be able to successfully design and implement corresponding elements. After this self-learning phase, you will know how feedback and reflection processes can be designed to improve the learning processes. You will deal with the following questions and aspects:
- Clarification of the learning impulse: What learning material is needed?
- Allocation of roles: Does the learning guide have specialist expertise or not?
- Application and practice opportunities: Converting theoretical knowledge into practical knowledge.
- Feedback and reflection: external perception and self-assessment.
The learning impulses developed in the self-learning phase will be presented and discussed in this webinar. Selected elements from the self-learning phases will be examined in greater depth. Use this webinar to actively reflect on your own learning impulses as a team and to benefit from their implementation in practice.
This self-study phase focuses on the benefits and methods of 1:1 support and communities. You will learn about the possibilities that learning support has to support learners in the learning process and what problems can arise in the learning process. Find answers to the following considerations and questions in this self-study module:
- 1:1 accompaniment: active listening and live visualization.
- Problems with motivation, time, concentration and change.
- Retro: Reflection on the learning outcome and planning of the next loop.
- Stakeholder analysis and management: Who is involved in the learning process?
In this final webinar, the results of the self-learning phase are presented to the instructor and the other learners and discussed, and further concerns and questions are addressed.
