This course is held in German.
Negotiation is the core competence in sales and distribution and the central "lever" for exploiting sales potential. Become a professional negotiator in all negotiation situations and negotiate at eye level with your contacts. You will train to negotiate effectively with all your negotiation partners , both externally and internally, to strengthen your negotiating power and achieve your negotiation goals. You will learn how to prepare systematically and conduct negotiations in a results-oriented manner. In the second step, you will deepen your negotiation skills and reach a successful conclusion even in difficult situations, e.g. negotiating with professional purchasers.

Exam contents

The contents of all compulsory modules are tested in written form (time required: approx. 45 minutes). The e-examination can be taken as soon as all compulsory modules have been completed.

After successfully completing the final examination, you will receive the recognized certificate of Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim School of Business and Management, "Certified Sales Negotiation Professional / Sales Negotiator." This will document your in-depth knowledge as a basis for further developing your professional career.
