You have good arguments, but in the end others decide. Many people experience this in meetings, project coordination or target discussions: Those who negotiate more quietly or cautiously are often overheard. Without a position of power, you quickly reach your limits - even with the best ideas.
In this training , you will learn how to conduct structured, confident and clear discussions in everyday working life - even without previous experience. You will be given an easy-to-learn method that will help you to prepare for negotiations and difficult conversations with confidence, present your concerns convincingly and react to resistance in a relaxed manner. At the end, you will go back to work with a practical toolbox - and with the good feeling of being able to contribute effectively without having to be loud or demanding.
