  • Design of typical marketing processes such as campaigns or content workflows so that automation can be meaningfully integrated.

Change management in the marketing team

  • New processes require changes in the team.
  • Strategies for actively involving colleagues, promoting acceptance and successfully implementing innovations in everyday life.

Tool selection & system landscape

  • Overview of relevant tools for an AI-supported process landscape.
  • Selection of suitable systems and successful integration into existing structures.

Monitoring & continuous improvement

  • Control and optimization of processes and AI applications.
  • With suitable key figures, monitoring methods and continuous adjustments for long-term effectiveness.
