Career package for women in leadership

With the Insights MDI® personality analysis, including a personal evaluation interview, you receive valid feedback on your talents and development potential as a manager. You gain important insights into your key motivators and reflect on your leadership behavior, your position and your desired goals.

• Online-supported personality analysis Insights MDI® incl. detailed evaluation report.
• 60-minute telephone evaluation meeting with an Insights MDI® certified trainer.
• The personality analysis must be carried out within one year of booking. We recommend placing the personality analysis, including the evaluation interview, at the beginning of the career package.

For your individual transfer of what you have learned into practice, you will take part in telephone coaching after attending your seminars. Whether it's a leadership role, personal development or specific topics from your day-to-day work: you decide the topics in your telephone coaching session yourself.

• 2-hour telephone coaching (1 x 120 minutes or 2 x 60 minutes).
• You coordinate the appointments for telephone coaching with your coach. You can schedule them flexibly, depending on your needs.
• The telephone coaching must be called up within 6 months of attending the face-to-face seminars.
