In this "Certified trainer distribution and sales /Trainer Sales" course, you will learn how to systematically structure your training sessions and presentations and how to conduct them in a way that is suitable for participants. This further training course was designed in cooperation with the Mannheim University of Applied Management Sciences and meets the university's quality standards in terms of overall concept, content, trainers and examination. Final exam (1 day in person)

A written thesis on a training topic relevant to you must be submitted 4 weeks before the exam date. The final exam consists of a 30-minute training sequence and a 30-minute exam/reflection interview. The final exam lasts a whole day. 

In this practical training course, "Certified trainer distribution and sales Trainer," you will lay the foundation for your successful career as a sales and distribution trainer. You will acquire a wide range of technical, communication, and methodological skills and decide for yourself which additional sales skills you would like to strengthen through the elective module. After completing this training, you will be able to make your sales training sessions and presentations more lively and better achieve your communication goals.

You can decide flexibly when and where you want to take the individual compulsory modules and the elective module. We recommend completing the modules in the order listed within approximately 1 to 2 years and then taking the final exam. Once you have completed all three modules and submitted your written paper on your own training project, you can take the final exam. Compulsory modules or the elective module can be waived if you can provide evidence of relevant qualifications.

Examination requirements

The examination can be taken as soon as all modules have been completed and a written report on a sales training project lasting at least two days has been submitted to the Haufe Akademie four weeks before the examination date.

Exam preparation 

After the training, you will receive a summary (=Lessons Learned) of the exam-relevant content via your learning environment in preparation for your final exam.

Form of examination

In addition to technical knowledge, the extent to which candidates are able to apply what they have learned in their own training practice is also tested. The exam is taken at the Haufe Akademie .

Exam contents

Before the examination date: Written thesis

You document your independent work on a training project in a written paper of at least 15 pages (10 pages of training guidelines and 5 pages describing a seminar concept). In this way, you will further expand your practical knowledge and ensure direct learning success for your practice.

You are free to choose a training topic in sales/sales that is relevant to you. This paper must be submitted 4 weeks before the examination date.

On the examination date: presentation of a training sequence and oral examination.

The examination consists of a 30-minute training sequence and a 15-minute examination/reflection discussion.

After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized certificate from the Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences for Management, "Geprüfte:r trainer distribution and sales - Sales Trainer". This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.
