  • Examination date: Presentation of a training sequence and oral examination. The examination consists of a 30-minute training sequence and a 30-minute examination/reflection discussion.
  • After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized certificate of the Haufe Akademie and the University of Applied Management Sciences, Mannheim, "Certified trainer distribution and sales"

As part of the "Certified trainer distribution and sales trainer" course, you will complete two compulsory modules and one elective module. As soon as you have completed all three modules and submitted your written elaboration of your own training project, you can take the exam.

The examination can be taken as soon as all modules have been completed and a written report on a sales training project lasting at least two days has been submitted to the Haufe Akademie four weeks before the examination date.

Form of examination

In addition to technical knowledge, the extent to which the examination candidates are able to apply what they have learned in their own training practice is tested. The examination is held at the Haufe Akademie is taken.

Before the examination date: Written thesis

You will document your independent work on a training project in a written paper of at least 15 pages (10 pages of training guidelines and 5 pages describing a seminar concept). In this way, you will further expand your practical knowledge and ensure direct learning success for your practice.

You are free to choose a training topic in sales/sales that is relevant to you. This paper must be submitted 4 weeks before the examination date.

On the examination date: presentation of a training sequence and oral examination.

The examination consists of a 30-minute training sequence and a 15-minute examination/reflection discussion.

After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized certificate of the Haufe Akademie and the Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management, Mannheim, "Geprüfte:r trainer distribution and sales - Sales Trainer". This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.
