With businesses becoming increasingly international, intercultural management skills are more and more a "must have" qualification – even for company positions, that traditionally evolved little in the way of international contact. This need naturally leads to challenges in knowing how to deal professionally with people from other cultures. The right tools and cultural knowledge are invaluable when working internationally.
