This course is held in German.
Quickly acquire the optimal expertise for your career in sales—in three consecutive modules, you will become acertified manager. We will provide you with specialist knowledge, negotiation skills, and strategy, preparing you optimally for your challenges as a sales professional. In Step 1, you will learn how to sell successfully; in Step 2, you will practice how to conduct sales talks and negotiations successfully in sales; and in Step 3, you will learn how to be successful in sales with strategy.

You will continue to expand your skills. You will prepare yourself with versatile technical and methodological skills that will pay off in your next negotiation or sales pitch. In the elective module, you will also have the opportunity to specialize.

You can decide flexibly when and where you want to take the individual compulsory modules and the elective module. We recommend that you complete the modules in the order listed within approximately 1 to 2 years and then take the final written exam. Compulsory modules and the elective module can be waived if you can provide proof of relevant qualifications.

With this practical third step of the "certified Manager" training program, you will lay the foundation for your successful career as an account manager in sales. In three steps, you will acquire versatile technical, methodological, and negotiation skills. After completing this training, you will be able to master your challenges and better achieve your goals.

Prerequisite is the completion of all compulsory and elective modules.

Exam preparation 

After the training, you will receive a summary (=Lessons Learned) of the exam-relevant content via your learning environment in preparation for your final exam.

Form of examination

Written final exam, e-exam. To save travel costs and time, you can take the e-exam on your computer at work or at home.

Exam contents

The training content of all compulsory Advanced + Professional modules is tested in written form (time requirement: 60 minutes). The e-exam can be taken as soon as all compulsory and elective modules have been completed.

After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized "Certified Account Manager - Professional" certificate from the Haufe Akademie . This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.
