In this training course, learn how to design, build, successfully operate, and market your own online store as a sales channel. You’ll gain the tools you need to develop or optimize your business model—from strategy and planning through implementation to marketing across the channels that best engage your customers throughout their customer journey. Final examination

  • Online examforcertified ”(approx. 45 minutes).

The course comprises two compulsory seminars and an e-exam. You decide when and where you training which training .

You have the option of booking the seminars individually or as a course at a discounted package price.

After attending the seminars, you can take the e-exam at a time of your choosing. Upon successful completion of the final exam, you will receive the Haufe Akademie certificate, certified by the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, "certified ," based on your exam results. The course should be completed within two years.

Written final exam, e-exam. To save you travel costs and time, you can take them on your computer at home or at work.

Exam contents

The contents of all compulsory modules are tested in written form (time required: approx. 45 minutes). The e-examination can be taken as soon as all compulsory modules have been completed.

After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized "certified E-Commerce Manager:in" certificate from the Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim School of Management. This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.
