In this training course, you will learn how to use generative AI and no-code automation in a targeted manner as a product manager . You will build your own AI agents, analyze product ideas with state-of-the-art tools and develop automated workflows that save you time and resources. We will guide you step by step - from the initial idea to a convincing business case.
In an end-to-end case study and numerous mini-games, you will implement the methods directly, test tools hands-on and gain valuable practical experience directly during the training. The focus is on directly applicable methods for evaluation, idea screening, roadmapping and practical tools.

After the training, you will take a written e-exam (time required: approx. 45 minutes). To save travel costs and time, you can take the exam on your computer at home or at work. You will be tested on the training content of the two face-to-face modules. After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the Haufe Akademie certified AI Expert:in Product Management" certificate. This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.
