Examination seminar HR Practice Lab
As part of the "HR Leader" course, you will attend ten seminar days (including one compulsory seminar and seven optional seminar days) as well as an examination.
The course should be completed within two years.
We recommend starting the course with the compulsory seminar "HR Leader Camp" (1908), as this is where you create the basis for your strategic HR orientation in the company. Based on this, you can select the elective seminars specifically tailored to your individual needs and challenges in order to deepen the content in a targeted manner and expand your knowledge and skills.
The skills you acquire from the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate as an HR Leader from the Haufe Akademiecertified by the Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management, Mannheim.
