Quickly acquire the optimal tools for your career in sales! In the three modules that build on each other, you will become acertified account manager". We will teach you specialist knowledge, negotiating skills and strategy and prepare you optimally for your challenges as a sales professional. In Step 1 you will learn how to sell successfully, in Step 2 you will train how to successfully conduct sales talks and negotiations in sales and in Step 3 you will learn how to be successful in sales with strategy.

Sell quickly and successfully.

Acquire the know-how you need to start selling. You will learn about the essential tasks involved in the sales process and will be able to structure and tackle your work effectively and efficiently. You will acquire important fundamentals for consultation-intensive sales, receive proven "tools of the trade" ranging from customer potential analysis to the development of a customer activity plan, and gain confidence in your consultations when dealing with artificial intelligence and in sales talks.

You can decide flexibly when and where you want to take the compulsory module. We recommend completing the modules in the order listed within approximately 1 to 2 years and then taking the final written exam. Compulsory modules can be waived if you can provide proof of relevant qualifications.

With this practical first step in the "certified Manager" training program, you will lay the foundation for your successful career as an account manager in sales. In three steps, you will acquire versatile technical, methodological, and negotiation skills. After completing this training, you will be able to master your challenges and better achieve your goals.

Form of examination

Written final exam, e-exam. To save travel costs and time, you can take the e-exam on your computer at work or at home.

Exam contents

The training content of the compulsory module is tested in written form (time requirement: 30 minutes). The e-examination can be taken as soon as the compulsory module has been completed.

After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized Haufe Akademie certificate "Certified Account Manager - Junior". This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.
