With this practical continuing education program, "certified Key Account Manager," you will lay the foundation for a successful career in key account management. You will acquire a wide range of technical and methodological skills. After completing this continuing education program, you will be able to master your challenges and better achieve your goals.

You can decide flexibly when and where you want to take the compulsory module and the elective module. The continuing education content of the compulsory module is tested in written form (time required: approx. 45 minutes). The e-examination can be taken as soon as the compulsory and elective modules have been completed.
