Through hands-on exercises, you’ll develop concrete automation scenarios and apply them directly to your day-to-day sales work. Practical live demos, guided setup of your own custom GPTs, hands-on exercises with Microsoft Power Automate, pair programming in small groups, input from trainers, as well as peer-to-peer exchange and feedback. Using real-world application scenarios, you’ll develop and test your own sales automation solutions and apply the results directly to your daily work. You’ll use modern AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, custom GPTs, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint, along with supplementary insights into Claude Projects and Claude Code.
