Knowing the professions of the future (future jobs) - developing employees
Which professions are changing as a result of digitalization? Which will disappear completely? A fundamental task of HR is to identify the professions of the future now and to develop the qualifications of existing employees as required. To do this, the job profiles of the future jobs must be adapted to the respective company conditions. Recruiting is also in demand if there are no employees in your own organization who can perform the jobs of the future. The challenge then is to find and recruit suitable talent that - as far as possible - fits into a future job.
