Haftung von Mieter:innen und Vermieter:innen.
Benutzung der Mieträume, Untervermietung, Gebrauchsüberlassung.
Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung des Mietgegenstandes – Schönheitsreparaturen.
Beendigung der Mietzeit (ordentliche und außerordentliche Kündigung).
