Pay Transparency Directive: Ready for Practical Implementation
Exclusive Online Workshop
This conference is held in German.
Fair compensation, regardless of gender—this must be taken into account right from the job description. The Pay Transparency Directive (ETRL) requires a transparent pay system. The equivalence of job duties must be determined in a gender-neutral and transparent manner. In our workshop, we will use examples to demonstrate how such a pay system can be structured, what criteria the job evaluation system must include, and how a job evaluation process should proceed. In addition, we will show how such a project can be concretely structured and implemented, and which other aspects are of essential importance when introducing a pay system.
The following formats are also relevant for a comprehensive approach to pay transparency:
- For training: for legal classification and guidance
- Legal Update: On the Interpretation of the Final Legal Requirements
