1. Getting Started with Microsoft Agent 365
Microsoft Agent 365 is a management layer for AI agents that enables organizations to deploy agents at scale while adhering to appropriate controls and security measures. Microsoft Agent 365 extends your existing management, security, and governance processes and solutions to agents. It helps you control, monitor, secure, and manage agents across your organization.
2. Monitoring and Managing Agents with Microsoft Agent 365
Microsoft Agent 365 provides real-time visibility into the agents in your organization to detect uncontrolled proliferation, understand usage and behavior, and respond to performance and risk signals. By monitoring these agents, you ensure that they function as intended, deliver value, and do not expose the company to risks. In this module, you’ll learn how to monitor and manage all agents in your organization.
Requirements:
Participants are expected to have practical experience managing Microsoft 365—including the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, the basics of Microsoft Entra (users, Groups, conditional access), and the core concepts of Microsoft Purview. Prior experience with AI agents is not required.
