Module 3:
In this phase, you will apply the knowledge you have gained from the training your everyday work as a manager. If you wish, the program tutor will support and guide you through this process. If you wish, you can use the accompanying e-learning library on the topics of future leadership skills, AI in everyday management, convincing presentations, and change management as a manager, and subsequently deepen your knowledge of the seminar content regardless of time and location. You can control the intensity and depth of learning yourself on a voluntary basis (duration of e-learning approx. 6 hours) and adapt the learning material to your available resources.

If required, use the accompanying e-learning library on the topics of business administration and controlling (duration of the e-learning courses up to 6 hours) and deepen your knowledge of the seminar content afterwards, regardless of time and location. You control the intensity and depth of learning yourself on a voluntary basis and adapt the learning material to your available resources.
